Jennifer Carlino has been the Conservation Director for the Town of Norton for the past 22 years. In addition to wetland administration, she oversees the open space, land management, FEMA’s Community Rating System program, and manages two high hazard dams. She is a contractor for the Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program for blue spotted salamander field work. She is the past Secretary of the Association of Massachusetts Wetland Scientists (AMWS), President and Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Association of Conservation Commissions, and was MSMCP President. Jennifer has received over 1.8 million dollars in state and private grants to preserve over 1300 acres of land in Norton. She has certified more than 100 vernal pools. In her spare time, she can be found rock climbing, hiking or tracking wildlife.
