Not only is the MSMCP Annual Meeting our biggest networking event of the year, it is when all of our members vote Board of Directors appointments and when the Board of Directors vote on organizational directives, budgetary issues, and bylaw amendments. The Annual Meeting typically features a couple of dynamic speakers, a delicious catered lunch, and an opportunity to meet colleagues from around the state. We try to host the Annual Meeting in a location accessible to all and try to find a venue that offers outdoor exploration opportunities during breaks.
The 2019 Annual Meeting was held on Wednesday, May 22 at the Tower Hill Botanic Garden in Boylston. This is a beautiful venue and we had a productive and enjoyable day.
